A japanese family is breaking their lease after 3 months (to move closer to school). Not sure who or how that will be worked out or how it affects us. I would expect them to be motivated to get a new tennant.
They are asking $4.500 fully furnished
We are offering $3.700 unfurnished
Keep
Queen sized bed and frame (maybe)
Refrigerator
8kg washing machine (Panasonic)
TV (if they want to be rid of it, but we don't have to buy it)
We could also consider buying these things straight out - we can discuss the prices separately.
Get rid of
everything else
